Fireproof Decoration ACP Sheet Aluminum Composite Panel With Wood Grain
The PVDF ACP / PVDF Aluminum Composite Panel, also known as megabond in the industry, comprises a polyethylene core between two aluminum aluminum sheet. The LDPE core's thickness and alloy's width can be designed according to customer requirement. The front surface is coated with PVDF paints, the protective film on the top surface can be peeled off. The back sheet is done by anti-corrosive back coating.
PVDF ACP structures:
1) Front: high strength aluminum sheet coated with PVDF Coating (Polyvinylidene fluoride)
2) Core: nontoxic polyethylene (LDPE)
3) Back: high strength aluminum sheet coated with back coating
