The ADS1018 is a precision, low-power, 12-bit, noiseless analog-to-digital converter (ADC). Available in an ultra-small leadless X2QFN-10 or ultra-thin small outline (VSSOP)-10 package, the device has all the features needed to measure the most common sensor signals. The ADS1018 integrates a programmable gain amplifier (PGA), voltage reference, oscillator, and high-precision temperature sensor. These features and the wide supply voltage range of 2V to 5.5V make the ADS1018 an ideal reference design solution for power- and space-constrained sensor measurement applications.
