Yasur spiral mixer is designed for home kitchen, research laboratory and bakery schools where need to mix dough in small quantities. 

It has a 10 liter stainles steel bowl and spiral hook. Mixing a minumim of 0.5kg of dough. This mixer is inverterized. The mixing arm speed could be adjusted using the dial knob without stopping the mixing. Strong and powerful motor, but mixing very quietly.

Yasur mixer is suitable for mixing dough with FTW rate between 55%-65%.

Q2: How about the lead time?

It depends on the quantity, usually it’s around 15-30 days of production.

Q3: How about warranty?

Limited parts warranty within one year.

Q4: I see that mixer has a sus bowl grid, may i have it with plastic bowl cover?

Plastic bowl cover is available, please specify when ordered.

Q5: Does the bowl grid or cover linked with limit switch to stop machine when they are lifted?

Yes, safety switch is in place to stop the machine when bowl grid or cover is lifted.

Q6: What’s the package?
