Breathable Membrane
Breathable film is an environmentally friendly breathable (vapor) and water (liquid, bacteria, dust) barrier functional material, known as a breathing film, also known as "waterproof breathable microporous film", which is characterized by breathable waterproof. This is because the microporous film itself has countless interconnected pores with a very small diameter (about 0.01 to 10 microns) and can only pass through water vapor molecules with a particle size of about 0.4 nm, while any raindrops or water droplets cannot pass through due to its large particle size.
Overview:
The breathable membrane of Novel Packaging is of good cotton appearance and touch, with good pattern positioning cut function, and excellent air vapor permeability and hydrostatic pressure resistance, the film is made with advanced blow molding method and can be printed up to 10-color in flexographic printing method.
Application:
Widely used in diaper base film, medical breathable protective clothing, construction materials and heating pads, etc.
Requirements for Stroage & Transportation:
Products are usually transported in roll film style, wrapped with polyolefin film and protected with foam wool etc. to ensure transport safety and health safety.
The products should be stored in a dry and well-ventilated warehouse, and kept away from fire and direct sunlight, and should not be placed outdoors. The product shall not be exposed to sunlight or wet, and shall not be mixed with sand, broken metal, coal, chemical solvent, glass, etc. when transporting.
Our product line of PP and PE raw materials consists of high-quality poly. High-density polyethylene film (HDPE) is optional in strength, durability, clarity, and portability. Materials are sold through direct sales and through distribution and are available in bulk shipments (rail cars, tank trucks).
