1. Products Overview

The positioning platform can be divided into four types: XYθ positioning platform, UVW positioning platform, XXY positioning platform, and XXYY positioning platform.

 

XYθ Positioning Platform

It is made of a X direction and a Y direction motion control units, and a rotary mechanism on the top. It can achieve the positioning and angle control of the workpiece on the XY plane while object angle is proper too. Its accuracy is higher than the ordinary positioning platforms.

 

UVW Positioning Platform:

UVW positioning platform: Consisting of 2 set of motion control modules in the X direction and 1 set of motion control module in the Y direction, plus one rotation control axis on the top. The UVW positioning platform can do rotation based on any point on the working plane, while move horizontally to any direction on the platform. The UVW positioning platform has the advantages of higher accuracy and stronger structural rigidity compared to the XYθ three -axis structure. Very suitable for installation space sensitive application scenarios.

 

XXY Positioning Platform:

XXY Platform platform: It is composed of two sets of motion control modules in the X direction, one set of motion control modules in the Y -axis direction, and a free axis motion control module. It can generate different rotation angles θ while moving in any XXY direction, and its accuracy is very high.

XXY positioning platform system function

1. Alignment accuracy is fairly high, and the response speed is fast, too.

2. Various goals, including cross marks, central marks, straight line intersections, templates and water drops and so on, can be identified.

3. Flexible installation: both the platform and the camera can be installed downward or upward, and the orthogonal robot/orthogonal module Y arm move the camera.

4. A variety of communication methods: Support serial communication and TCP/IP communication, support standard MODBUS protocol, and other communication methods can be customized.

 

XXYY Positioning Platform:

XXYY pairing platform: Consisting of two sets of X axis motion control modules and two sets of Y axis motion control modules. It is the most complicated positioning platform with the highest accuracy, speed, and rigidity.
