2205 S31803 Duplex Stainless Steel Flat Bar offers exceptional corrosion resistance and mechanical strength for demanding industrial applications. Available in widths from 10mm to 200mm, this premium alloy combines the benefits of ferritic and austenitic stainless steel structures.
Duplex 2205 is a two-phase, ferritic-austenitic stainless steel containing 22% chromium, 3% molybdenum, and 5-6% nickel. This grade provides high yield strength (double that of standard austenitic grades), excellent fatigue strength, and outstanding resistance to stress corrosion cracking, crevice corrosion, pitting, erosion, and general corrosion in severe environments.
