316Ti Stainless Steel Overview
316Ti stainless steel is an austenitic grade containing titanium stabilization (approximately 0.5%) that prevents carbide precipitation at temperatures over 800°C. This grade offers excellent corrosion resistance, particularly against pitting and crevice corrosion in chloride environments, while maintaining physical and mechanical properties similar to standard 316 stainless steel.
