ASTM A106 Grade B / EN 1.0405 seamless carbon steel pipes are engineered for high-temperature applications across multiple industries including oil and gas pipelines, water transmission systems, mineral slurry transport, boiler systems, and structural construction.
Compliant with ASTM A106, ASME SA106 standards (including NACE MR0175 for H2S environments). Available in Grades A, B, and C.

Produced using killed steel with primary melting processes including open-hearth, basic-oxygen, or electric-furnace methods. NPS 1-1/2" and under may be hot finished or cold drawn, while NPS 2" and larger are hot finished unless specified otherwise.
Comprehensive testing includes flattening tests, hydrostatic testing, and nondestructive electric tests (Ultrasonic, Eddy Current, Flux Leakage) as per client requirements.
