We can produce strips as thin as 0.30mm (10μm) with guaranteed precision thickness of ±1~3μm. Available carbon steel grades include Q235, ASTM A283, SS400, S235JR, Q345, ASTM A572, S355, A36 and more.
- Cut large coils (28 tons) into smaller coils for container shipping (max 26 tons per container)
- Standard cutting: 3 small coils per large coil for container transport
- Bulk vessel shipping: 2 small coils per large coil (max 18 tons each)
- Open flat coils into steel plates with custom dimensions
- Standard plate sizes: 2440mm and 5800mm length, 1220mm and 1500mm width
- Optional black paint surface treatment for anti-rust protection
