Introduce of 317L Stainless Steel Pipe

Alloy 317L SS Pipe is a low carbon steel with increased additions of chromium, nickel and molybdenum, providing better corrosion resistance than 316L. It resists attack by sulfurous acid, acetic acid, formic acid, and pitting corrosion when in contact with phosphoric acid and chlorides. SUS 317L has higher creep, rupture stress and tensile strength than 316L and 304L. UNS S31703 is commonly used offshore, in pulp and paper mills, and in chemical processing plants.
