Product Description
Stainless steel checker plate, also known as stainless steel diamond plate, tread plate, or chequer plate, features patterns including lentil-shaped, diamond-shaped, round bean-shaped, dot-shaped, and oblate mixed shapes.
Applications
The surface rib bar provides excellent non-slip effect, making it ideal for flooring, factory escalators, working platform pedals, ship decks, and vehicle floors. The beautiful appearance, non-slip properties, strengthened performance, and steel-saving advantages make it widely used in transportation, construction, decoration, equipment flooring, machinery, and shipbuilding.
Production Process
Two main production processes: hot rolled with NO.1 finish and cold press with NO.1 or 2B finish. Hot rolled is typically more expensive than cold press.
Quality Standards
Pattern height must not be less than 0.2 times the substrate thickness. The pattern must remain intact, with height variations not exceeding half of the thickness tolerance, and only minor local burrs are permitted.
