Cold Rolled SUH409L SUS409L 409 Stainless Steel Coil
AISI 409L stainless steel strip and SUH409L stainless steel coil are premium cold rolled steel sheets designed for decoration and construction applications. Compared with ordinary carbon steel, stainless steel contains enhanced alloying elements such as Chromium (Cr), Nickel (Ni), Manganese (Mn), and Molybdenum (Mo), providing superior material characteristics and corrosion resistance.
The corrosion resistance of stainless steel primarily depends on Chromium content, while Molybdenum and Nitrogen further enhance this property. Nickel ensures optimal microstructure and mechanical performance.

| 8K | Mirror finish state. Processing: Grinding and polishing 2D/2B products to mirror effect with suitable abrasive material. |
| 2B | Silvery white with superior gloss and flatness compared to 2D. Processing: Hot rolling + annealing shot peening pickling + cold rolling + annealing pickling + quenching and tempering rolling. |
