Heat Treatment Assurance
Our facility features a fully-automatic natural gas furnace measuring 24 meters in length, capable of maintaining temperature tolerance within 10ºC. For optimal performance, we recommend tempering temperatures at least 50°C above intended service temperatures.
Important Note: When service temperatures exceed 600°C, please advise our manufacturing team to ensure proper heat treatment specifications.
Quality Assurance Process
- Each raw material lot undergoes spectrometer testing before storage
- 100% Positive Material Identification (PMI) on mother pipe to verify material composition
- 100% PMI on finished pipe to confirm correct grade specification
