Heat Treatment Assurance
Our facility features a fully-automatic natural gas furnace measuring 24 meters in length, maintaining temperature tolerance within 10ºC. For optimal performance, we recommend tempering temperatures at least 50°C above intended service temperatures.
Quality Assurance
- Each lot of raw materials undergoes spectrometer testing before storage
- 100% PMI testing of mother pipe to ensure correct material
- 100% PMI testing of finished pipe to verify correct grade
