Prepainted Galvanized Steel Coil (PPGI)
Color coated steel plates using cold rolled steel and galvanized steel as base materials, featuring surface pretreatment and continuous roller coating method. These lightweight, aesthetically pleasing panels offer excellent corrosion resistance and are suitable for direct processing in construction, shipbuilding, vehicle manufacturing, home appliances, and electrical industries.
Galvanized Steel Coil
Zinc-coated steel sheets providing economical and effective rust prevention. Surface treatments include regular spangle, small spangle, and big spangles. All products maintain excellent appearance standards free from defects such as no plating, holes, cracks, scum, abrasion, or white rust.
Galvalume Steel Coil
Alloy composition of 55% aluminum, 43% zinc, and 2% silicon solidified at 600°C, forming dense tetrad junction crystal structure. Features include superior corrosion resistance (3x pure galvanized sheet), decorative zinc flower patterns, excellent heat resistance up to 300°C+, making it ideal for chimney tubes, ovens, illuminators, and solar lampshades.
