Prepainted Galvanized Steel Coil (PPGI)
Also known as color plate, PPGI is manufactured using cold rolled steel or galvanized steel as base plate. After surface pretreatment including degreasing, cleaning, and chemical conversion treatment, the coating is applied continuously via roller coating method, followed by baking and cooling.

- No plating, holes, cracks, scum, excessive thick plating, abrasion, chromic acid dirt, or white rust

Alloy composed of 55% aluminum, 43% zinc, and 2% silicon solidified at 600°C, forming dense tetrad junction crystal structure.
- Superior corrosion resistance - 3 times better than pure galvanized sheet
- Beautiful zinc flower surface decoration for building exterior panels
- Excellent heat resistance - withstands temperatures over 300°C
