Also known as color plate, PPGI uses cold rolled steel plate and galvanized steel plate as base plates. After surface pretreatment including degreasing, cleaning, and chemical conversion treatment, it undergoes continuous coating via roller coating method, followed by baking and cooling. These coated steel plates offer light weight, attractive appearance, and excellent anti-corrosion performance, suitable for direct processing. They serve as innovative raw materials for construction, shipbuilding, vehicle manufacturing, home appliances, electrical industries, effectively replacing wood while enabling efficient construction, energy conservation, and pollution prevention.

Galvanized sheet refers to zinc-coated steel plate surface. Galvanizing represents an economical and effective rust prevention method, utilizing approximately half of the world's zinc production. Surface requirements include various states such as regular spangle, small spangle, and big spangles. Galvanized sheets must maintain good appearance without defects harmful to product use, including no plating, holes, cracks, scum, excessive thick plating, abrasion, chromic acid dirt, or white rust.

Galvalume steel sheet consists of an aluminized zinc alloy structure comprising 55% aluminum, 43% zinc, and 2% silicon solidified at 600°C. The complete structure forms a dense tetrad junction crystal of aluminized iron, silicon, and zinc. It offers superior corrosion resistance (3 times that of pure galvanized sheet) with decorative zinc flower surfaces ideal for building exterior panels. The corrosion protection primarily comes from aluminum's protective function. Galvalume steel sheet demonstrates excellent heat resistance, withstands temperatures exceeding 300°C, and exhibits high-temperature oxidation resistance similar to aluminum-plated steel plate, making it suitable for chimney tubes, ovens, illuminators, and solar lampshades.
