Prepainted Galvanized Steel Coil (PPGI)
Also known as color plate, PPGI is manufactured using cold rolled steel plate and galvanized steel plate as base materials. After surface pretreatment including degreasing, cleaning, and chemical conversion treatment, the coating is applied using continuous roller coating method, followed by baking and cooling processes.
Features lightweight construction, attractive appearance, and excellent anti-corrosion performance. Suitable for direct processing applications in construction industry, shipbuilding, vehicle manufacturing, home appliances, electrical industry, and more. Effectively replaces wood with steel while enabling efficient construction, energy conservation, and pollution prevention.
Galvanized Steel Coil
Surface zinc-coated steel plate providing economical and effective rust prevention. Galvanizing accounts for approximately half of global zinc production usage.
Surface requirements include various states such as regular spangle, small spangle, and big spangles depending on coating process. Products feature excellent appearance free from harmful defects including no plating, holes, cracks, scum, excessive thick plating, abrasion, chromic acid dirt, and white rust.
Galvalume Steel Coil
Alloy composition of 55% aluminum, 43% zinc, and 2% silicon solidified at 600ºC. Features dense tetrad junction crystal structure composed of aluminized iron, silicon, and zinc.
Offers superior corrosion resistance - three times that of pure galvanized sheet. Decorative zinc flower surface suitable for building exterior panels. Excellent heat resistance withstands temperatures exceeding 300 degrees Celsius, similar to aluminum plated steel plate high temperature oxidation resistance. Commonly used in chimney tubes, ovens, illuminators, and solar lampshades.
