Prepainted Galvanized Steel Coil (PPGI)
Also known as color plate, PPGI is manufactured using cold rolled steel plate and galvanized steel plate as base materials. After surface pretreatment including degreasing, cleaning, and chemical conversion treatment, the coating is applied continuously using the roller coating method, followed by baking and cooling.
These coated steel plates feature light weight, attractive appearance, and excellent anti-corrosion performance, allowing for direct processing. They serve as innovative raw materials for construction, shipbuilding, vehicle manufacturing, home appliances, electrical industries, and more, effectively replacing wood while enabling efficient construction, energy conservation, and pollution prevention.
Galvanized Steel Coil
Galvanized sheet refers to steel plate with zinc coating on the surface. Galvanizing represents an economical and effective rust prevention method, accounting for approximately half of global zinc production usage.
Surface Requirements:
- Surface state varies based on coating process: regular spangle, small spangle, big spangles, etc.
- Must have good appearance without defects affecting product use: no plating, holes, cracks, scum, excessive thick plating, abrasion, chromic acid dirt, or white rust
Galvalume Steel Coil
Galvalume steel sheet consists of an aluminized zinc alloy structure composed of 55% aluminum, 43% zinc, and 2% silicon solidified at 600°C. The structure forms a dense tetrad junction crystal of aluminized iron, silicon, and zinc.
