Prepainted Galvanized Steel Coil (PPGI)
Color coated steel plate manufactured using cold rolled steel and galvanized steel as base plates. After surface pretreatment including degreasing, cleaning, and chemical conversion treatment, the coating is applied using continuous roller coating method followed by baking and cooling processes.
These coated steel plates offer lightweight construction, attractive appearance, and excellent anti-corrosion performance. They can be directly processed and serve as innovative raw materials for construction, shipbuilding, vehicle manufacturing, home appliances, and electrical industries.
Galvanized Steel Coil
Steel sheets with zinc-coated surfaces providing economical and effective rust prevention. Approximately half of the world's zinc production is utilized for this galvanization process.

Galvalume Steel Coil
Alloy composed of 55% aluminum, 43% zinc, and 2% silicon solidified at 600°C. The structure forms a dense tetrad junction crystal of aluminized iron, silicon, and zinc.
