Matters Need Attention

The fibre-cement board itself is relatively heavy, and it takes at least two people to move the intact uncut board. 4mm-6mm thickness belongs to the thin plate, thin plate relative to the thick plate is fragile, need to be careful to move before installation, if you do not pay attention to protection, it is easy to crumble and damage.

1.Transportation

Manual handling, should be carried sideways. The wooden pallet should be lifted and transported by forklift. During long-distance transportation, the means of transportation should be smooth, reduce vibration, prevent collision, and it is strictly prohibited to throw during loading and unloading.

2.Storage

The stacking site shall be solid and flat. Non-asbestos fiber cement slabs of different specifications, categories and grades shall be stacked separately, and the stacking height shall not exceed 1.5m
