Wood Veneer Double-Sided Melamine Faced Medium Density Fiberboard 2.5mm

Solid fiber board is a new type of integrated wallboard. The base material is a thickened 9mm solid subbase to increase its hardness, toughness and impact resistance. The subbase, wood fiber layer and high-end decorative layer are compounded by high-temperature and high-pressure process, which are both textured and aesthetic, and suitable for high-end engineering decoration fields such as the top of high-end home decoration, wall decoration and high-end hotels, art exhibition halls.

1. The internal structure is uniform, the density is moderate, the size stability is good, and the deformation is small.
2. The static bending strength, internal bonding strength, elastic modulus, board surface and side screw holding force and other physical and mechanical properties are better than that of particle board.
3. The surface is flat and smooth, which is convenient for secondary processing. It can be pasted with peeled veneer, planed veneer, paint paper, impregnated paper, or directly painted and printed.
4. Chemical agents such as waterproof agent, fireproof agent and preservative can be added in the production process of MDF to produce MDF for special purposes.
