What is the tensile of our mesh?
we offer 316 marine grade powder coated stainless steel security mesh with tensile 1100N - 1150N (1150Mpa - 1150Mpa), tolerance (+/-0.01mm). The holes are square and the wires are very strong (not sliding), screen surface is flattened after we weave the wires to mesh screen.
Why use 316 material?
Stainless steel 316 grade has 10% to 14% nickle, which has very good resistance to corrosion. Using as window or door screens, we need a better material to keep for many years. So SS316 is the first choice.
