The wires are crimped before they are woven. Our weave styles include, but not limited to, intermediate crimp weave in both W and F directions, lock crimp weave, flat top crimp weave, and crimp weave in both W and F directions and intermediate crimp weave in either W or F direction.
3. Specification
Wire diameter ranges from 1.37mm to 12.7mm, and aperture size 3mm to 100mm. The width and length of each mesh panel could be specified by the client.
4. Excellent Features
Screen mesh surface is smooth without snubby phenomena.
Mesh panel is square without obliqueity.
Overall structure is tight without looseness.
Mesh size is uniform with very small tolerance.
Service life is very long.
5. Uses
Quarry Screen Mesh is mainly used for primary filtration of mining, such as coal, iron ore, stones, etc. And also used in asphalt mixer equipment, mine vibrating screens, screen decks and trommels.
