1.金加工后进行密封试验,试验压力为3×105/Pa,试验时间为15分钟,要求轴承箱本身不渗漏.
2.用5倍放大镜检查铸件加工表面,不允许有气孔.
3.铸件尺寸偏差应符合GB/T6414-1999中7级精度规定.
4.尺寸710需保证有足够的加工余量,不得有黑疤.
