轴径安装对应的孔径的铜滑块,孔径安装在对应的叶柄轴径上,螺栓用于夹紧叶柄轴头.
检修时发现调节杆有以下:
轴,孔拉毛磨损严重不规则,必须更换.
固定夹紧螺栓槽开裂,产生锁紧打滑缺陷,必须更换.

(1) σb=765 N/mm2

(2) σs=589 N/mm2

(3) δ= 15%

(4) Ψ= 40%

(5) αk=59 N·m/cm2

(6) HB=234

The shaft diameter is fitted with a copper slider of the corresponding aperture, the aperture is mounted on the corresponding petiole shaft diameter, and the bolt is used to clamp the petiole shaft head.

The adjustment rod was found to have the following:

Shaft, hole drawn hair wear seriously irregular, must be replaced.

The fixing clamp bolt slot is cracked, resulting in a locking slip defect, and must be replaced.
