Single Channel Standard MEMS Adjustable Optical Attenuator VOA
MEMS VOA adopts MEMS control chip and unique optical design to make the product more compact, lower cost, fast response speed, and extremely high stability and reliability. Adjustable optical attenuator MEMS optical attenuator series products use a movable rotating mirror on a micro-electromechanical chip, the rotating mirror suppresses the coupling of input laser power to the output fiber. The device applies a voltage to control the tilt angle of the rotating mirror, so as to achieve the required attenuation.
