3,the machine filling part by the rapid filling and slow filling composition, filling valve fully open when the initial filling, fast-filling; filling to be fast feed value when filling valve is closed to slow filling loading position, slow-filling, in order to ensure the accuracy of the filling; arrived target feed value, the filling valve is closed.

5,the machine has a good dive defoaming functions, can automatically adjust the feed tube under rising feed flow rate based on the speed of the filling process to reduce bubble.
6. The filling machine is controlled by PLC system and touch screen. Automatic control and manual control can be switched freely. It has system of self-check, fault alarm, display motion state, accuracy, speed and adjustment. With its own man-machine interface, all parameters can be operated on the man-machine interface.
