This is an automatic machine which integrates the bag making, filling, sealing ,and printing together. The outside bag are heat-sealing materials equipped with various of stowing machine. Finish the packing with there-side sealing or four-side sealing for powder, PM, liquid, cream and so on. Machine details:
This machine is suitable for small sachet packing, for filling both powder and liquid, small and simple structure, save space.
The sachet is formed from film, after forming bag, then filling, after filling then sealing, after sealing then cutting, each movement is accurate, high efficiency.
The machine can work on different film material such as paper, aluminum foil, composite membrane etc..
The film rolling part, easy dismantle and fast changeover, easy operate with stable working.
Here's the mechnical driving part, each part fits well, easy to make maintain.
Here's the different material feeding device, dust collector and other auxiliary machines, can meet different requirements of customers
Here's the different material filling hopper and filling tank, if the filling material is powder, then machine will use screw hopper, if the filling material is liquid, then machine will use filling tank, if the filling material is granule or other bulk solid, the machine will use weighing head
Packaging & Shipping
The machine is packked by non-fumigation wooden case, and for keeping the wooden case more secure, we inserted the iron support inside wooden case, makes it suitable for long-term sea delivery.
