Washing Process:
The cleaning water needs to be provided by the purchaser:
1. Rotary bottle washing machine
2. Using bottle clamp flipping way for water washing
3. First coarse wash, second fine wash, then drain and flip back out of the bottle
Details:
The machine has different sensors for good running like bottle-in counting sensor, bottle lack sensor. The sensor holder can be adjusted according to different specifications.
Twist bottle separator is used for bottle feeding, which can ensure the same distance between the bottles, stabilize the bottle feeding without squeezing the bottle, as shown in the left figure; The bottle clamp is made of special materials that do not damage the bottle, as shown in the right picture.
The door is equipped with a safety lock that cannot be opened when powered on; The operation panel is rotatable, easy for operators to use.
