Major characteristics:

This machine consists of bottle elevator, mainframe and conveyors. Adopts PLC control system to integrate each driving parts together. Parameters can be changed by touch screen to meet different required speed. Different bottles applicable just by changing turnplate inside the bowl, and other parts can be freely adjusted. This unit meets GMP standard, which made of SS304 and aluminum alloy. All driving areas are covered by protection door, which makes machine more safety and friendly-environmental.

Compact structure, sample, Covers a small area, debugging/adjust are very easy.

All plexiglass are equipped with induction switch, plexiglass cover to be completely closed and then the machine will be start running, any plexiglass door open, the machine stops running, safe and reliable.

2. When changing bottles, don’t need to change any moulds, 100ml-1000nl bottles are can be used on this machines. Easy and fast to adjust,when changing different bottle specification, only changed the belt’s quantities and the distance of the spare parts.

3.Fall down bottle rejecting system

The machine equipped with the bottle-removing device, when the outlet bottle fall down, the photoelectricity detected and the cylinder reject the fall down bottles into bottle elevator

Delivery: packed by wooden case and delivery to Shanghai Port, the wooden case is suitable for long-term sea delivery
