This machine is used for irregularshaped bottle filling, insert pressing and outer cap screwing. Can be customized according to the customer's variety of bottle types, according to customer’s requirements, this machine will be designed as one filling staion and two capping station to suitable for different bottle and caps. The angle of the equipment can be automatically adjusted, the filling accuracy is high, and the pass rate of the inner inserter and the outer cap is over 98%.

Technical parameters:

Filling Department: The filling department adopts eight filling head filling method, and a single filling head fills one-eighth of the self-flow to ensure that the process of the back gland capping can be carried out quickly and stably.

Inserter pressing part: The pressing part adopts the cylinder pressing, and the detection photoelectricity can be achieve no bottle, no pressing, and the pressing speed is stable and the efficiency is high.

The capping part: the capping part adopts the principle of the rocker-type capping, adopts a single-head grasping screw cap, and also has the detection photoelectricity to enable no bottle and no screwing cap.

Cap sorter part: Adopts vabrating bowl sorting type
