Machine Introduction

This machine is a semi-automatic trigger cap capping machine specially designed by our company for user products. It is equipped with a tube straightening and positioning device, which ensures precise capping and easy operation; The electrical system adopts touch screen+PLC control, with strong stability.

Main Features

1. Suitable for small batch daily chemical production of single head pump, trigger cap machine;

5. The control elements used in the system are inverter, servo drive and solenoid valve. Solenoid valve control coil ring connected to the PLC output point, the solenoid valve is used to switch the cylinder rod expansion and contraction state, thus driving the corresponding institutions to complete the corresponding action. The inverter controls the motor speed by changing the output frequency. The servo drive controls the motor speed by changing the output frequency and changes the dwell position by position setting.

6. The system is equipped with touch-type human-machine interface (referred to as HMI), which has the characteristics of vivid, intuitional, simple operation, and easy system maintenance and repair, etc. It integrates all kinds of buttons, indicators, counters, time relays, and all kinds of schematic diagrams in the previous operation panel.

All doors are equipped with photoelectric induction, emergency door opening, machine shutdown alarm to ensure personnel safety.

Electrical parts:
The electrical part are in top side of machine, can prevent water and material inside it, safety and environmental.

Packaging & Shipping:

1. the machine is packked by non-fumigation wooden case, and for keeping the wooden case more secure, we inserted the iron support inside wooden case, makes it suitable for long-term sea delivery.
