Overview:

This product is mainly produced by our company for 5-30kg buckets, with a simple structure and controlled by PLC; Adopting automatic cap dropping form, automatic cap grabbing, positioning and pressing, no rotating/pressing without bucket.

Integrate the inner plug pressing and outer cap screwing into one machine, with one head for pressing the inner plug and one head for screwing the outer cap.

Machine Main Features:

1. The capping/pressing is done by robot arms. each cap pressing head is equipped with a torque effect control system, ensuring the effectiveness of the capping/pressing and avoiding cap damage. The capping head is equipped with a clutch device, and the tightness can be adjusted. When the bottle cap is tightened, the clutch disengages, avoiding cap damage and extending the service life of the capping head.

2. The speed of bottle feeding, capping, bottle conveying and cap sorting can all be adjusted by frequency conversion and can be adjusted separately on the touch screen, avoiding the occurrence of bottle tipping and block caused by inconsistent speed and improving working efficiency; All the inverters of the whole machine are made by Schneider, France, ensuring smooth and reliable operation speed of the whole machine.

Packaging & Shipping

1. the machine is packked by non-fumigation wooden case, and for keeping the wooden case more secure, we inserted the iron support inside wooden case, makes it suitable for long-term sea delivery.
