Overview:

This product is a new generation of filling and capping machine, which is a workstation type filling and capping machine with a small footprint. The capping is automatically taken and rotated, and the whole machine is controlled by PLC, which is convenient, fast, and effective. It is suitable for filling and capping for small bottles around 500g.

Machine Main Features:

Using a rotating workstation type filling and capping structure, the star wheel can be quickly disassembled and manually rotated, as shown in the left figure. The height of the discharge nozzle can be manually rotated by hand, as shown in the right figure, making it convenient and fast to change bottle shapes.

The capping method includes automatic cap feeding, mechanical cap picking, automatic grabbing and capping, as shown in the left figure.

Filling can be piston type, with high precision and fast speed, as shown in the left figure; but also can adopt a self flowing method, with controlled dosage and usage time, as shown in the figure on the right.

Packaging & Shipping

1. the machine is packked by non-fumigation wooden case, and for keeping the wooden case more secure, we inserted the iron support inside wooden case, makes it suitable for long-term sea delivery.
