    WALTHMAC WBB Series Gravimetric Batch Blending System is a dosing and mixing unit to improve

    the precision of each raw material in mixture .Automatically realize the multi-component raw materials' batching

    and mixing,replace traditional manual and other inefficient mixing methods,greatly improved products' 

    quality and saved cost.Aiming different requirement,we also offer WBB-S and WBB-H,the biggest difference

    between them is the first one has Material Level Sensor but the second one has Weighing Sensor which may be

    more accuracy.But also depends on the raw materials you use.

5.How to install WBB system

• Offline installation

           Using plastics pipes convey raw materials from bottom hopper to vacuum loader and at the same time,using

           piping system conveys materials from storage or other place where store the raw materials to WBB's

           material inlet.

• Online installation

           Installing the system on adapter to blend materials directly.Only use one piece of piping system to

           convey materials in one production line.
