2.System principle
 
                             

         The Twin Screw Feeder adopts integrated weighing mechanism of material hopper and conveyor.The high-precision weighing mechanism receive the materials' weight-lossing in per unit time (actual feeding value) when the system start working on feeding,and calculate out the deviation between the actual feeding speed and setting value,then system will automatically adjust the screw rotation speed to ensure the actual feeding quantity being consistent with the set value.
