   Gravimetric Batch Blender under WalthMac Mainly used for accurately batching and mixing multi-component raw materials automatically, replacing traditional manual and other inefficient mixing methods, greatly improving production efficiency and product quality.WBB-H is an upgraded version of WBB-S,in addition to higher accuracy, its agitator is visual and uses a weighing sensor, making it easier for users to understand the mixing situation.

7.Way of installation

• Online 

      Online means install Gravimetric Batch Blender on the extruder directly with an adapter,just need to deliver raw materials once from storage to vacuum loader.

• Offline 

      Offline means install the Gravimetric Batch Blender on the floor,there will have two materials conveying procedures,one is from storage to vacuum loaders,another is from bottom hopper to vacuum loader upon the material hopper which set on the extruder.
