1.Products Introduction

     The Pipe Wall Tihickness Measuring Instrument works by measuring the thickness of a pipe wall by using an ultrasonic sensor. The sensor emits a high-frequency sound wave, which travels through the pipe wall and reflects back to the sensor. The time it takes for the sound wave to travel and return back to the sensor is calculated, and this measurement represents the thickness of the pipe wall.

    Pipe Wall Thickness Measuring Instrument is useful for many types of plastic pipes like gas pipes, water supply pipes, drainage pipes, etc. Continuously real-time measure and monitor the changes of thickness, outer diameter, eccentricity, and out of roundness during the entire process of pipe production.

7.The Installation

   After the vacuum cooling tank cools the plastic pipe, installing a scanning box(Online Thickness Measurement System) to measure the thickness of the pipe and detect whether the product has defects using ultrasound.
