This vertical single screw vacuum extruder addresses the limitations of traditional horizontal extruders. Designed specifically for hard plastic and semi-hard plastic clay processing with extrusion pressures of 3-4MPa, it features removable pressure heads for easy cleaning and produces extruded products with superior mechanical strength, high density, low water content, and smooth surfaces.
The single-screw extruder efficiently processes thermoplastics including soft and hard polyvinyl chloride, polyethylene, and various plastic products such as blown film, squeeze tubes, pressure plates, and ribbons. It also supports melt granulation operations.
