Primarily designed for ceramic industry applications requiring moderate production output. Ideal for brick manufacturing, tile production, and other clay-based product formation processes.
Startup Sequence: Initiate production by activating the control cabinet start button. The upper mixing and pelletizing drive begins operation at the frequency converter's preset rate, rotating the mixing shaft equipped with stirrers and spiral blades.
Material Processing: Clay material is conveyed via belt to the extrusion tank. Through stirring and pelletizing action, the material passes through the plug screen plate into the transition vacuum chamber, then descends to the lower vacuum chamber.
Vacuum Extraction: Activate the lower drive motor and pneumatic clutch system to create vacuum conditions, removing air from the clay material in the vacuum box.
Extrusion Phase: The differential speed reducer drives the extrusion spindle, rotating the mud shaft and screw assembly. Material progresses through receiving, compressing, and extruding spiral blades, ultimately being formed through the die for the next production stage.
