Operation and Maintenance Guidelines

Installation Requirements

Foundation and rotating shaft must be strictly horizontal
Maximum allowable error: 0.5/1000mm longitudinally, 0.1/1000mm axially

Gap Adjustment

For 5mm crushing size: Adjust hammer-to-grate gap to 10-15mm
For 10mm crushing size: Adjust hammer-to-grate gap to 15-25mm
Grate clearance can be modified using shims as needed

Maintenance Procedures

Regularly inspect liner plate, hammer head, and grate bar for wear
Replace worn components promptly to maintain efficiency
Worn hammer heads can be repaired using alloy welding rods
Ensure symmetrical and balanced welding to prevent vibration
Replace hammer heads in pairs to maintain rotor balance

Safety and Lubrication

Maximum rotor bearing temperature: 70°C
Stop machine immediately if temperature exceeds 70°C
Thin oil lubrication: Lubricate every 8 hours, replace every 3 months
Dry oil lubrication: Add lubricant 2-3 times per shift, clean bearings every 6 months
