The polyster braided silicone hose is made of polyester and high elasticity silicone, and it is widely used in food machinery and medical equipment.
The silicone hose is platinum cured ,which makes the hose odorless and tasteless,In addition, the inner and outer walls of the silicone hose are completely smooth, making the flow of materials in the sanitary hose fully smooth, and at the same time making the cleaning of the silicone hose more convenient and effective. It is the hose for the pharmaceutical industry and Food&Beverage equipment.

Attention before Use
The braided tube itself is a flexible tube, which can be sterilized by CIP, SIP, or ray sterilization or autoclave.The finished hose is packed in individual PE bag.
The smooth inner wall of the hose is resistant to adsorption and is easy to rinse and clean. The silicone hose can be sterilized at low pressure or in a high-temperature sterilization system at 120°C.

Note
Repeated steam sterilization or long-term exposure to high temperature or high pressure, the wall of hose will eventually become viscous, and it must be replaced at this time.
Disinfect before use.
Pay attention to the selection of joints and clamps. Sharp pagoda-shaped joints and metal clamps may pierce the hose wall and cause the hose to rupture, especially when handling high pressure.
Braided reinforced silicone tube cannot be used for body transplantation and continuous steam application
