The Agilent E5061B is a member of the ENA Series network analyzers, designed to address a broad range of measurement needs for electronic components and circuits from low to high frequencies. This instrument sets a new standard for frequency-domain device analysis from 5 Hz to 3 GHz.

The E5061B-005 provides impedance analysis firmware for the E5061B-3L5 LF-RF network analyzer, enabling measurement of impedance parameters for electronic components such as capacitors, inductors, and resonators.
