Product Structure & Features
Inner Layer: Made from polyurethane and butyl rubber with special reinforced materials. Features black transparent color with exceptional wear resistance, high toughness, pressure handling, and smooth surface. Provides concrete friction resistance, pressure transmission, and wire protection from erosion.
Enhancement Layer: 4-layer steel wire wound construction with copper wire braided reinforcement. Withstands 3-4 times the working pressure of ordinary hoses. Offers superior resistance and flexibility performance with excellent enhancing effect.
Outside Layer: Black smooth wrapped surface using SBR/NR compound. Provides anti-aging properties and additional wear resistance.
