Product Description:
Copper-clad aluminum wire, often referred to simply as CCAW or CCA wire, is an electrical conductor consisting of an inner aluminum core and an outer copper cladding. CCA wires are divided into hard drawn (H) and annealed (A). According to the process, it can be divided into clad CCA wire and plated CCA wire.
Advantage:
1. In the case of the same weight and diameter, the length of CCA wire is 2.6-3.2 times that of copper wire.
2. According to the pure copper wire, it is impossible to separate the copper from the CCA wire to keep thieves away.
3. CCA wire is more ductile than copper wire, unlike aluminum, which produces an insulating oxide, is easier to process and has good electrical conductivity.
4. CCA wire is light in weight, easy to transport and install, and reduces labor costs.
5. CCA welding wire has significant social benefits and can save a lot of copper raw material resources.
