Features imported servo motor electric control system with Japan NITTA suction belt for power inversion. Water roller cleans the belt while patented technology ensures smooth corrugated and cardboard output with simple operation.
Both paper lifting and feeding nozzle of high-speed auto dedicated feeder can be freely adjusted to accommodate both thin and thick paper. Combined with Becker pump, this ensures fast and smooth top paper feeding.
Designed in accordance with European CE requirements to ensure machine stability, high efficiency, and low failure rates. Uses man-machine interface and PLC combination to display all operational information including warnings, error detection, failures, and operating speed.
Pre-pile system with preset function allows paper size configuration through touch screen and automatic orientation to efficiently reduce setup time.
Utilizes Gates synchronical belt with SKF bearings for main transmission to ensure operational stability. Both pressure rollers, dampening roller, and glue value can be easily adjusted via handle with mechanical encoder.
Multiple photoelectric sensors detect bottom sheet position, controlling top sheet servo motors for independent compensation to ensure accurate positioning. Stainless steel roller never rusts and, after narrow grinding, guarantees minimum glue consumption with even coating. Down roller is cleaned by water roller.
Centralized touch screen control enables man-machine dialogue through high-resolution interface. Provides real-time dynamic monitoring of operation and faults for convenient adjustment and troubleshooting.
Optional systems include big suction system for cardboard and multi-layer corrugated board, automatic lubrication system for bearing maintenance, shaftless servo feeder for long size top sheets, and video monitoring for operational oversight.
