Upholstery adhesive foam mattress glue

Characters:
High solid content, good initial viscosity, heat-resistant, light smell, economical, saving cost,
environment-friendly.
For materials:
Foam, wood, fabric, paper sheet, thermal insulation materials in sofa, swivel chair, mattress,
kitchenware, thermal insulation industries.
Handling and Storage
Operating methods: 1. Expel water in the pipe, clean the dirt from the surfaces of materials;
2. Keep 50cm’s distance and 45°angle between the spray gun and the bonding material;
3. Spray the glue on the surface of the material, which should be tiny grain in shape;
4. Moving the spray gun steadily, spraying evenly, not too thick or too thin;
5. Spray on double sides, air 1-5 minutes before bonding, and pressure properly when bonding( airing
time will change slightly with differences in room temperature, humidity, and materials).
Attentions: 1. Open the windows, and keep the workshop well-ventilated;
2. Please contact us in time if there is bonding problem because of changing materials or other special
reasons;
3. No fire, keep away from fire source, precaution to static fire;
4. The following people are unfit for the relative work, who have nerve disease, liver disease, kidney
disease, pregnant women, women in lactation and the minors.
5. Please test the sample to confirm whether the product is fit for your materials and operation.
Preserve attentions : 1. Please keep the product indoor, avoid of frazil and direct sunshine;
2. Please keep the product sealed after use to keep the glue in good condition;
3.Assure the condition is well-ventilated and avoid of fire and static when storing and transporting;
4. Please keep the product out of kids’reach.
Store period: 12 months in normal temperature for 4L,15L,18L packages in iron tins. The product can be used if glue does not go bad even when beyond the store period.
