1. Remove impurities on the surface of the materials, and drain the water accumulated in the air compressor and pipes;

2. The  distance of the spray gun is about 20-50 cm away from the surface of the material, and air pressure to about 6-8 kg;

3. When spraying glue, the spray gun should move as smoothly as possible, and the glue layer should not be too thick or too thin;

4. After spraying, it should be left to air for 1-5 minutes (the airing time varies reasonably according to the room temperature, humidity, and material);

5. When bonding, bond from the edges around at the beginning, and slowly press toward the middle;

 
Remark:

1. Strictly abide by the operating procedures, wear labor protection supplies, handle with care when handling, and prevent damage to the container;

2. Open doors and windows to ensure good ventilation in the workshop;
 
3. Smoking is strictly prohibited, keep away from fire sources, prevent static electricity from igniting (especially in autumn and winter), and smoking is strictly prohibited in the workplace;
 
4. For women and minors suffering from nervous system diseases, anemia, liver disease, pregnancy, and lactation, etc., it is not suitable to engage in the operation of this product;
 
5. Please try it out before using this product to verify whether it is suitable for the proposed material and production process.

It can be used officially after meeting the requirements, and it cannot be used directly in batches without a sample.

In the process of use, in case of handover of new and old employees, replacement of purchased materials, or other changes related to glue, please contact our company in time to minimize unnecessary waste and loss.

6. When the spray gun is not in use at the end of production, please clean the spray gun with thinner, gun washing water, etc. to prevent the spray gun from clogging.
