The Yaskawa Sigma-3 series uses up-to-date technology for high-speed, high-frequency and accurate positioning. It is equipped with functions to adapt the servo drive to your machine perfectly and to support the required performance.
Many types of servomotors allow best combination for any application to make the system design more simple and the positioning more accurate. Following the Yaskawa policy to make user-friendly products, specified software is designed to easily and quickly select, adjust and maintain the servo and related equipment.
High-speed but smooth positioning is achieved with minimum machine vibration. Wide motor selection enables the construction of an optimal system. A new digital operator with 5-line display improves the operability. Various tuning functions adjust the servo according to the actual operation conditions.
A wide selection of new additional functions maximize machine performance and enables the easy customisation of servo systems. Further specifications round out the qualities of Sigma-3. MECHATROLINK- Network provides real-time communication. Up-to-date application software supports selection and adjustment of the motor on a personal computer.
